Pisces season is all about embracing the depths of our emotions, connecting with our intuition, and working with the element of water. This ritual brings all three of those things together for a sacred experience of sitting with your feelings.
Materials Needed:
Bath or Foot Soak Epsom Salt Candles Essential Oils (optional) Flowers (optional) Crystals (optional) Notebook (you’ll want to be able to rip out pages) Pen Playlist (explained below)
This ritual will take a little bit of preparation. The intention of this ritual is to spend time connecting with your emotions and intuition through the energy of music and water. To prepare, you’ll need to gather your materials and create a special playlist for yourself.
When curating your playlist, you will want to have: 3 songs that usually make you cry or at least evoke an emotional reaction, 1 short song without lyrics, 1-2 songs that make you feel divine, and 1 song that you find empowering. If you'd like to use my playlist, you can find it here:
Once you have your playlist ready, it’s time to prepare your bath. If a bath isn’t accessible to you, use a large container that you can soak your feet in. If that also isn’t available to you, frequently sip a glass of water throughout the ritual.
For the bath/soak, fill the tub with a temperature that feels good to you. Add a cup of Epsom salt with a few drops of essential oils (avoid ‘hot’ oils such as cinnamon and add the oils directly to the epsom salt, not the bath water). I recommend using oils such as lavender, rose, and eucalyptus. If you’d like to add any flowers or crystals that are safe around water (learn more about what crystals are not safe in water here: https://consciousitems.com/blogs/practice/water-crystals-what-crystals-can-go-in-water) Have a towel nearby to be able to dry your hands as you’ll be writing while you’re in the tub. Grab your pen and notebook (again, you’ll be writing as you sit in the tub, so do whatever you need to prepare for that). Once you have everything ready, light your candles, call in your angels and guides, press play on the music, and enter the bath.
