We’ll teach you how to hold safe, grounded containers. Even in the healing world, there are people and programs that are re-traumatizing or traumatizing people with their manipulation and shame-based tactics. You’ll learn how to spot these red flags in yourself and in other programs.

Our signature Grounded Awakening model supports deep transformation without bypassing or burnout. Ritual, creativity, and expression are woven into the curriculum.
You won’t be left to figure this all out on your own. Most programs leave you to implement this knowledge on your own. Our 6- and 12-month programs include practice sessions and role plays. All programs include a community space (off social media) to connect, support, and cheer on others.

Community, Support, and Mentorship
Some programs only focus on business, while others (including graduate school programs) offer no business training at all. You’ll build a strong, ethical foundation to launch your mentoring business, including how to get clients without tactics like cold-messaging or making inflated promises.

Chelsie Skowyra worked as a therapist until 2017 when her spiritual awakening led her to creating a path of healing the honored the knowledge of psychology with the wisdom of spirituality. With an MA in Marriage and Family therapy, over 4000 hours of supervision, and experience as a supervisor for case managers, she has the clinical experience to back up what she is teaching.
